I have a typical NEPA two story Archie Bunker home, built in the 1950's, with an upstairs bedroom that was never getting warm in the winter. My furnace would run 24/7 and the upstairs would still be cold. After Joe and his crew worked their magic in the attic and crawl space of the basement, not only does my furnace run half as much, I keep the vent upstairs closed because it's so warm! Our experience with JM CONSTRUCTION was far beyond our expectations. They responded quickly to our needs of replacing our damaged roof that was leaking and repairing our ceiling that got damaged. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me to have a more efficient home. Before your services I had a cold bedroom and family room which were both over crawlspaces, and now they are warm, no more electric blankets and throws.
My gas bills have dropped in half and the furnace is not running as often, not to mention the ice damming is gone. When we realized the energy savings from having the attic done, we were excited to have the basement sill boxes spray foamed as well. Our basement is much warmer and quieter; we really like the fact that our insect and mice population is gone.
In these times of high energy costs I really appreciate what was done to make my home more efficient. It was also a pleasure to deal with your courteous staff and not have to clean up after them
